An international investor and financial services corporation is looking to recruit a Financial Accountant to join their European accounting team.
Reporting to the European Account Manager, the role focuses on real estate and loan portfolio investments that the corporation has in for several Scandinavian countries. You will ensure that investments made are properly accounted for under US GAAP and local GAAP. The role will focus on management and corporate reporting in addition to reconciliation, providing business support and leasing with external clients, auditors, assets managers and tax departments. To be successful you will have a strong audit background with exposure to financial or commercial services. Any knowledge of Real Estate accounting, US GAAP or other European language will be highly beneficial.
Location: Cobham, Kent.
